Who We Are

AdSTM is a science and technology based engineering and management consulting firm, located in Northern Virginia, about 10 miles west of Washington, DC.

AdSTM provides support in all aspects of research, development, technology implementation and operation.

AdSTM has been the Prime Services Contractor for the following Federal Agencies/program offices:

 

  • Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC):
    • Office of International Programs (OIP), providing radiation source tracking and nuclear regulatory and licensing expertise for developing Research Reactors to countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America
  • Dept of Transportation (DOT):
    • Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Management support
    • National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Database support
  • Dept of Energy (DOE):
    • Office of Nuclear Energy (NE), Office of Science (SC) and the Energy Information Administration (EIA)

  • Dept of Defense (DoD):
    • Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR); Prime in 6 different Program Offices, including current Prime for NAVAIR 6.8.1
    • NAVSEA Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Information Assurance (IA)/RDT&E Networks
    • Air Force Research Lab, Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY), WPAFB, Dayton, OH (42 FTEs)
