NRC: More than two decades of regulatory support

Since 2004, AdSTM has supported NRC technical and international regulatory assistance through successive engagements. The current 2025–2030 international regulatory assistance award builds on that history.

AdSTM supports international regulatory assistance involving radioactive sources and uranium recovery. The scope includes technical and regulatory analysis, standards and guidance, training, stakeholder assistance, technical documentation, and information-system support.

U.S. Air Force: ASSET 2 supply-chain analytics

AdSTM serves as prime contractor with Brandaris as a subcontractor. The team integrates data from multiple systems, applies business rules, performs performance and financial analysis, prepares reports, and provides supply-chain decision support.

NHTSA / NCSA: 21 years of State Data System support

From 2004 through 2025, AdSTM supported NHTSA’s State Data System through successive engagements. The 2020–2025 order was the most recent completed period in that longer relationship.

AdSTM processed and validated state crash data, developed SAS and SQL data structures, supported documentation and data distribution, and migrated legacy SAS data to SQL. This order forms part of the company’s 2004–2025 State Data System history.

FTA / Qi Tech: CORTAP oversight support

AdSTM provided subcontract support under two FTA Comprehensive Oversight Review and Technical Assistance Program task orders. Its defined work included special assignments, program-management support, and comprehensive reviews.
